This agreement applies to all services provided by this platform that you access and use through the Happy Buy Market mobile application or other official channels, including but not limited to browsing products, placing orders, making payments, tracking logistics, and after-sales service.

We reserve the right to update this agreement at any time, and the updated agreement will be published on the platform with the effective date indicated. Continuing to use the services of this platform after the new agreement takes effect will be deemed as your agreement to accept the updated terms.

2.1 Registration Qualifications

• You should be a natural person, legal person, or other organization with full capacity for civil conduct.
• If you are under 18 years old, you need to register and use the services of this platform with the consent of your guardian.

2.2 Account Information

• You need to provide real, accurate, and complete registration information (such as email, phone number, etc.) and update it in a timely manner.
• Any consequences resulting from inaccurate information shall be borne by you.

2.3 Account Security

• You should keep the username and password of your account confidential and not transfer or lend them to others for use.

3.2 Orders and Payment

4.3 Logistics and Distribution

Logistics services are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by logistics reasons. However, we will assist you in communicating with the logistics provider to resolve the issue.

6.1 User Termination

You can cancel your account at any time through "Account Settings". After cancellation, this agreement will automatically terminate, but it will not affect the rights and obligations that have already arisen.

6.2 Platform Termination

If you violate this agreement, we have the right to suspend or terminate our services to you and cancel your account.
