Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print the label and securely package your items.

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Free Returns: We provide prepaid return shipping labels for eligible returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective).

Customer-Paid Returns: For returns due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Important: Please ensure items are properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for a full refund.
